ABOUT THE IMPERIAL HOTEL
This beautiful hotel was built in 1907, and has been rich in local history ever since. Offering accommodation, counter meals on Friday and Saturdays, and cold drinks in the bar 5 nights a week. With 10 rooms available, the hotel is ideal for a base spot for exploring the magnificent North / East coast, or for a one-nighter or groups interested in the newly formed mountain bike tracks in neighbouring town of Derby. We are also Mountain and Motorbike friendly with secure lockup facilities..
Meals
Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast of cereal, toast and a variety of hot drinks. Dinner is available Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 8pm, offering a menu of country homestyle food. The bar is open from 3pm on Tuesday to Thursday and 12pm on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. The dining room is available in the afternoon for guests to relax with a book, tea and coffee.

The hotel was originally built in 1907 when the region was a hive of activity with significant mining activity in the area. Our 16 rooms are a byproduct of this, with all rooms being simple but offering a comfortable and clean stay complete with onsite meals, and continental breakfast
